Splot4flower Silver cachepot is designed as a raw, architectural frame for botanical life. This aluminum planter creates a striking urban contrast between industrial metal and organic greenery, making it ideal for metropolitan lofts, modern kitchens, and creative outdoor terraces.
This project originated from a client’s request for an essential, unpainted vessel - a piece without chromatic mediation that could inhabit various contexts while maintaining a strong identity.
Born as a dialogue between nature and material, it embodies the values of sustainable design and Italian high craftsmanship.
The SPLOT® weave of the SPLOT4FLOWER silver cachepot is hand-braided from raw, reclaimed aluminum, left unpainted to preserve its authentic industrial soul.
This rhythmic pattern of solids and voids lends a visual lightness to its cylindrical volume, allowing light to skim across the metallic surface and amplify the contrast with lush greenery.
Drawing inspiration from minimalist industrial grids, the structure becomes the primary aesthetic feature. While the standard version measures 40x40 cm, the design is fully customizable in size to fit specific botanical or architectural needs. It can be placed directly on the ground or elevated using the Nexum base for easier maintenance and enhanced presence.
